Krytox™ Corrugator 226 FG is a high temperature, high performance PFPE/PTFE Corrugator grease. It is NSF H-1 Food Grade certified, ensuring safe, non-toxic and inert performance in food handling operations.

Krytox™ high performance corrugated greases are formulated to provide superior bearing protection at high temperatures (up to 399°C) ensuring the best performance.

Safe, non-reactive and non-flammable when used with reactive chemicals
and safe for use in all areas of oxygen services.

The corrugated unit in the production of cardboard is by far the element that presents the most critical issue in selecting the right lubricant, as the high operating temperature combined with the presence of steam means that special lubricants are suitable for continuous maintenance of such difficult conditions for long periods. The same argument can be made for heaters, although under less critical operating conditions.

The lubrication of hot plates is associated with the presence of rolling elements that regulate the movement of the corrugated plate.
The presence of heat and steam, although in smaller quantities than in the scrubber unit, requires the use of lubricants that are stable not only to temperature but also to moisture that is created during the drying of the board.
