PFPE Fluorinated Greases are a special industrial grease for lubricating the bearings on the heated rolls in single-sided corrugators. Other greases simply cannot match the performance of dedicated fluorinated greases in the long term. Replacing bearings is extremely problematic, and using the wrong grease can result in even greater costs.

High Temperature Bearing Grease

Corrugators contain many rollers that are exposed to extremely high temperatures and operate at extremely high speeds, producing 500-1000 FPM. Bearings used in heating, corrugating and pressure rollers require lubrication that can withstand high temperatures and rotational speeds.

By using corrugator grease you can:

Fluorinated perfluoropolyether (PFPE) lubricants are thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) are made from the most thermally stable base oil and have been developed specifically for the corrugated board industry to help reduce machine wear, especially in chemical environments.
