Application method:

For optimum results, the parts to be assembled should be degreased and cleaned, e.g. with WEICON Surface Cleaner (if necessary, mechanically process the surfaces). WEICONLOCK can also be used on uncleaned surfaces, e.g. on screws in their delivered condition. However, the cleaner the surface, the better the results will be.

WEICONLOCK is dispensed evenly onto the surface using the PEN system; avoid direct contact of the dispensing tip with the metal. Apply WEICONLOCK evenly onto the thread. Assemble and tighten the parts. Do not pour WEICONLOCK back into the bottle that has already been in contact with the metal. Even the smallest metal particles will cause the material to harden in the bottle. In series production, we recommend using dispensing devices.
