The properties of the wax are revealed only after applying a wax emulsion to the chain links and binding this mixture with air, which causes its hardening. Lubricating the pins and bushings is the main area of ​​the chain that needs lubrication. Hard wax is not sticky and does not attract dirt and dust.

The added molybdenum is a hard material that has a very low coefficient of friction, carries very high loads and has the ability to rub into pure metal, changing its structure. It is this feature that makes molybdenum, in a set with wax, very favorable operational and anti-wear properties, especially where the fit of metal parts is very tight, like in a chain.

MolyWax wax oil for chains reduces friction on pins, rollers and bushings, thanks to which the life of the chain and sprockets will be significantly extended.

The solidified molybdenum wax will create a protective patina that will prevent dirt from sticking easily.

Full curing occurs 4 to 8 hours after application, due to the need for evaporation of solvents and the hardening time of the wax.

Solid lubricating particles always have a higher density and settle to the bottom of the bottle during aging. For this reason, before each application, MOLY Wax oil should be mixed by shaking the bottle.

Application

Properties of MOLY WAX wax oil

Usage:

1. Clean the chain
2. Before use, shake the bottle until a uniform oil structure is obtained
   
3. Apply the lubricant dropwise along the entire length of the chain with a layer of wax oil.
4. After lubrication, turn the drive system several times
5. Remove excess liquid wax with a dry cloth
6. Leave the chain for 4 to 8 hours for the wax to fully cure.
7. After this time, you can turn the drive system one more time and remove excess hard wax.
