WEICON Alu Grinding Protection acts as a cooling and separating agent during the grinding process. It lowers the temperature at the contact point and forms a silicone-free anti-adhesive layer on the abrasive material. The use of WEICON Alu Grinding Protection prevents the clogging of the pores of the abrasive material. WEICON Alu Grinding Protection significantly increases the service life of the material and its efficiency - up to 350%. It is suitable for all grinding materials, i.e. flap wheels and laminated discs, fibre discs, abrasive belts and sleeves, vibration grinders and special machines.

Application method:

WEICON Alu Grinding Protection is sprayed evenly and
generously on the surface of the (new) shield. In case of a clear
decrease in grinding quality repeat the procedure. To avoid
ignition hazard, start grinding after complete
evaporation of the thruster.
