MEDIUM STRENGTH SILICONE RELEASE AGENT

Provides a medium-strength layer separating plastics and rubber

Universal release agent for all thermoplastics and many types of rubber. Highly versatile release agent, providing accurate part release and improved surface finish without build-up on the mold.

Also used as a release agent in the textile, foam processing, printing and footwear industries.

• parts in injection molding, stamping, vacuum forming

Technical Data

Limitations

Contains silicone so may not be suitable for decorative work (e.g. painting, galvanizing) necessary on molded parts.

If a non-silicone product is required, use Formula 7 or Formula 4

Instructions for use

• Apply a light, even layer from a distance of 25 – 30 cm.
• Reapply if necessary.

Durability and storage

The product can be stored at normal ambient temperature and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and open flame.
