JAX BDF Cling Lube Non-Drip Aerosol 473ml
Strongly adhesive, non-drip active foam grease for hard-to-reach parts
JAX BDF Cling-Lube was developed and tested in collaboration with line maintenance departments at established meat processing plants requiring food grade lubricants for hanging and overhead applications that adhere strongly and do not drip onto product.
This is a special foam oil composition designed to lubricate overhead chains or chains located at heights, at risk of displacement under the influence of gravity and requiring high lubricant penetration.
Designed for applications where the use of graphite and molybdenum products does not meet the sanitary requirements required by NSF. This means that for chains with high working loads or forces (N) exerted on moving links or components.
Contains additives that provide extreme pressure resistance and wear protection.
It is waterproof, has high adhesion properties, penetrates pins and bushings, reducing premature wear.

- Chains and overhead conveyors,
- suspended trolleys and guides,
- conveyors leading to or from areas of high humidity or steam,
- hard-to-reach places or where frequent lubrication is difficult or inconvenient

Świetny smar do mechanizmów precyzyjnych. Smaruję nim mechanikę magnetofonów, magnetowidów itp. Nie działa negatywnie na elementy gumowe jak też plastikowe. Jest dość rzadki i nie stwarza oporu dla precyzyjnych urządzeń. Świetnie je wycisza. Jest jeszcze jeden smar YM103 ale dostępny tyko w 1 kg puszkach. On jest nieco gęstszy.
