Krytox™ AUT 2245 has an oil viscosity of 100 cSt and an estimated usable temperature range of -40°C to 200°C.

Krytox™ AUT 2245 grease addresses a wide range of applications from O-ring lubrication to bearings in a wide temperature range where corrosion may be a concern. It is thickened with PTFE and contains sodium nitrite, a traditional anti-corrosion additive.

Features and Benefits of Krytox AUT 2245 Grease

Krytox™ products are fully synthetic, non-petroleum based and completely inert, so Krytox™ oils and greases do not react with anything in the environment. Unlike other greases, at temperatures below 350 ºC (662 °F), Krytox™ oil does not oxidize or break down into other substances that could be harmful.
