WEICON Belt Repair-Kit

Two-component adhesive based on polyurethane, provides quick repairs and coating of rubber surfaces

Ductile metal, thanks to its high mechanical strength, is particularly suitable for repairing rubber and metal elements exposed to impact, abrasion or vibration.

Belt repair kit for quick and easy machining.

The system is suitable for a variety of applications, such as the repair and coating of conveyor belts, the repair of rubber coatings, for use as elastic wear protection and for the quick repair of worn rubber surfaces.

In addition to the polyurethane system, the set includes a primer for pre-treatment of the surface and a spatula for even distribution of the mass.

Shelf life

WEICON Urethane should be stored in a dry place at room temperature. Unopened containers may be stored at +18°C to +25°C for at least 6 months from the date of delivery. Opened containers must be used within 3 months.
