Food grade high performance synthetic gear oil. Operating temperatures from 20°C to +150°C

FOODLUBE Hi-Torque is a range of fully synthetic food grade gear oils that minimize wear, thereby reducing the risk of breakdowns and greatly extending gearbox life. FOODLUBE Hi-Torque has been proven to extend drain intervals up to 4 years. Available in 150, 220, 320 and 460 cSt viscosities to protect all gears used in the food industry. Unlike traditional gear oils, which don't protect the gear teeth until enough oil is on their surface, SUPS technology leaves the gear teeth covered in oil when switched off. At start-up, the oil immediately penetrates the gear teeth to provide maximum protection. SUPS technology also protects against micro-cavities, which is one of the most common forms of gear tooth damage. FOODLUBE Hi-Torque is fully compliant with food industry standards, NSF H1 registered, ISO 21469 certified and Halal approved.

Application method:

For optimal performance, drain and flush before filling with FOODLUBE Hi-Torque oils. Additive packs are not required with FOODLUBE
Hi-Torque oils due to their natural EP performance. The storage temperature should be controlled from +1°C to +40°C. Shelf life is 3 years from the date of production.
