Food-grade hydraulic oil for compressors and hydraulic or transmission systems
Group II white mineral oils, containing anti-corrosion and oxidation additives and excellent wear protection. They are fully tested and approved by OEMs for hydraulic systems and are recommended for compressors and gear systems requiring food grade oils. The best food grade hydraulic fluids can be used in a variety of applications where an NSF H1 fluid is required, vane and piston pumps or slide valves
A good hydraulic oil must meet the following conditions: improving the sealing effect, reducing viscosity and friction during start-up, reducing wear and tear, and minimizing the formation of sludge and deposits.
Hydraulic oils used in industrial hydraulic systems serve not only as a medium for transferring energy, but also as a lubricant, sealant, and conductor of heat transfer within the system. The hydraulic oil must also maximize efficiency and power transfer capacity, minimizing wear on system components and equipment downtime.

Excellent performance at high and low temperatures
can be used in low ambient temperatures but retains enough body to operate at high temperatures. By replacing a less efficient food-grade multi-purpose oil, you will extend the life and lubrication intervals of critical equipment. -

They contain proprietary, optimized combinations of anti-wear agents, rust inhibitors and polymer viscosity improvers that provide exceptional long-term wear benefits compared to other food-grade gear oils, and their robust antioxidant chemistry ensures deposit-free operation. -
Longer oil change intervals
outperform conventional fluids in thermal and oxidation stability as demonstrated by the Rotating Pressure Vessel Oxidation Test (ASTM D 2272). This improved performance translates into longer drain intervals and trouble-free operation. • Excellent Water Separation and Air Entrainment - Separates easily from water and air, eliminating emulsions that inhibit the oil's ability to lubricate. Rapid water separation provides easy drainage from sump, reducing the risk of rust and corrosion in system components. -

Świetny smar do mechanizmów precyzyjnych. Smaruję nim mechanikę magnetofonów, magnetowidów itp. Nie działa negatywnie na elementy gumowe jak też plastikowe. Jest dość rzadki i nie stwarza oporu dla precyzyjnych urządzeń. Świetnie je wycisza. Jest jeszcze jeden smar YM103 ale dostępny tyko w 1 kg puszkach. On jest nieco gęstszy.
