Grafitex is a multi-purpose high-performance lithium graphite grease with NLGI 2 consistency, high load-bearing capacity and high adhesion for metal/metal combinations for medium movements and high loads.

Features and benefits

• Lubrication stability is ensured in the temperature range from -30 °C to 135 °C.

The composition of the grease is mineral oil, lithium soap, graphite (10%), EP additives, molybdenum disulfide and corrosion inhibitors and viscosity additives. This composition allows for the lubrication of many types of bearings.

Application

• friction nodes and bearings of vehicles and industrial machines,
• engine and fan bearings,
• friction nodes exposed to water,
• spindle bearings,
• linear guides,
• rolling screw gears of machine tools,
• forklifts and lifting equipment,
• splined shafts,
• joints, gear teeth (reduced wear and pitting prevention),
• threads of pulling screws.

The method of application is typical for greases with NLGI 2 density. Clean the places to be lubricated. Apply with a brush, spatula, grease gun or automatic lubrication device. Despite its high density, the grease is successfully used in central lubrication systems.

Durability and storage:

When stored at or below 20 °C in the original unopened containers, this product has a shelf life of 60 months from the date of production.

DIN 51 825 - KF2K-30. DIN 51502: KPF2N 25, ISO 6743 - 9: L-XBDEB 2, Consistency NLGI class 2, high load capacity, suitable for long-term lubrication, good oxidation resistance, good resistance to water washout, good corrosion protection, efficiency when working in dust, prevents stick-slip phenomenon,
